Also, the legal concerns have been discussed from the perspective of the USA, Europe, the UK, and India. There is an exclusive chapter on biotechnology regulation in India, which highlights the regulatory canopy on biotechnology in the country. An attempt has been made to showcase the different legal aspects of biotechnology promotion, protection, regulation, and governance at the international, regional, and domestic levels. | ||
